Town Square and Marys Park

Town Square and Marys Park are the main areas for events and gatherings at Peninsula Town Center. Guests can enjoy our beautiful landscapes in between shopping or attend one of our many events throughout the year. The Pop Fountains in Town Square are open to the public June through September. Children under 12 are welcome.

 In 2015, with the help of The Peninsula School for Autism, we were able to open Marys Park Playground, which has special features for children with sensory needs. The park is also completely wheelchair accessible.

From the East take I-64 to exit 263B. Peninsula Town Center will be on your left.

From the West take I-64 to exit 263. Take the right fork towards the Hampton Coliseum and Peninsula Town Center will be on your left.
 

GIFT CARDS


Gift Cards are available at the Peninsula Town Center Management Office located at 1620 Merchant Lane, right next to Chico’s. Gift Cards are available in any denomination from $5.00 to $500.00. We accept debit or credit cards only. 

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gratuities cannot be deducted from the gift card. The value of this card will not be replaced if the card is lost, stolen or destroyed unless the original receipt and proper ID are presented to Guest Services. With receipt, the cards remaining balance will be reissued.

A $1.50 activation fee will be charged for each gift card transaction. The fee will be waived for transaction amounts of $300 or more. There is a $2.50 monthly card account maintenance fee. This is waived for the first 12 months from issued date of the card, except where prohibited by law.

Parental Escort Policy

Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times.

Be Courteous to Others

Rude behavior or conduct that is ill-mannered or disrespectful is not acceptable. Examples include: (not all inclusive)

Loitering, blocking doorways and storefronts, and walking in groups in such a way as to inconvenience others.
Cruising, loud car or truck radios.

Maintain Proper Decorum

Do not engage in behavior that can be described as obscene, offensive, and/or may disturb others or interrupt normal business activity. Examples include:

  • Running, yelling, skateboarding, rollerblading, playing of radios or littering.
  • The use of offensive language such a swear words or racial slurs as well as inappropriate hand gestures.
  • Inappropriate attire. No offensive messages or pictures may be displayed on clothing.
  • Unauthorized photography/videography on PTC property.
  • Soliciting, including the exchange of personal information, picketing, literature distribution or panhandling.
  • Dogs are permitted on property based on breed, size and other expectations.
  • Refusal to present proper photo ID with proof of age if requested by PTC staff.


Be Legally Mindful

Disruptive behavior of a more serious nature, such as fighting, shoplifting or theft of personal property, which could disturb business activity or impair the safety of our guests, is prohibited.

Violators of these codes may be subject to expulsion, banning, and/or arrest. Violators of banning orders may be subject to arrest or prosecution for criminal trespass. This list is not all inclusive and may be modified at any time by management of this shopping center.
