THE PLAN

It is both the “mix” and the “uses” that define a successful mixed-use project such as Peninsula Town Center. The retail portion of Peninsula Town Center will be anchored around a pedestrian and open-space network: beautifully landscaped parks and walkable streetscapes. A carefully selected tenant mix will create a well-defined town center shopping experience, with specialty shops complementing department store retailers. In-line retail, consisting of well-known national retail brands, will enliven storefronts to enhance pedestrian window-shopping experiences. Larger retail spaces are positioned on the periphery of the town center for greater visual exposure and accessibility to parking areas. 

Above the retail components to the center, residential and office elements are located on the second and third floor levels overlooking the public spaces. This effectively connects the urban dweller to street and plaza activities and provides additional visual security for visitors. Workers will enjoy proximity to onsite amenities such as restaurants and shopping, as well as entertainment diversions — all within walking distance at lunchtime or after work.
