Mall Properties built Coliseum Mall on the site of the Peninsula Town Center in the early 1970s to create a strong economic engine for the region, as well as a partner for the communities it serves. Going forward, Peninsula Town Center will honor these long established traditions, both from an economic and community perspective.
Management and merchants will continue to take pride in their roles as corporate citizens and commit themselves to the important work of strengthening the surrounding cities and counties. The Peninsula Town Center Community Foundation will consist of major programs that benefit the local Hampton Roads community.
